Sculpt and Tone your body
Focus on controlled movements designed to challenge both your mind and body. In this class, you'll move through each set of exercises slowly, allowing every muscle to engage deeply and with intention. Youβll work on muscles you might not even realize were there, pushing them to their limits to tone and scult your body.

BB - BOOTY BARRE
Our NEW Class
This class still works the full body, but itβs focused on working out your glutes. Using the barre for balance, youβll move through targeted exercises that lift, tone, and sculpt while also improving posture, flexibility, and core strength.

BARRE FLOW
Your go-to barre class
The class focuses on flowing transitions between exercises, linking breath with movement to create a rhythmic experience. While you still engage in the toning and sculpting benefits of barre, the flow adds a graceful, meditative quality that helps improve flexibility, mobility, and streght.

BARRE HIT
High intensity
This class offers a range of intensity levels, so donβt expect a full 60 minutes of cardio. Weβll work to elevate your heart rate during certain exercises, while slowing it down during others, with an emphasis on building strength throughout.
